Use CommScore.AI inside your AI assistant

CommScore.AI connects to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, your assistant can read your brand voice guides, check wording, score drafts and suggest rewrites without leaving the chat.

Before you start

  1. Your CommScore.AI subscription includes AI assistant access.
  2. A CommScore.AI admin has turned it on under SubscriptionAI assistant access.
  3. You sign in with your normal CommScore.AI account, then choose the workspace to connect.

Your connector URL

Paste this into your assistant. It is also shown, with a copy button, on the Subscription page.

Data stored in the UK or US?

Use your region's connector URL instead, so your requests never pass through Australia. The Subscription page shows the right one for your workspace.

What your assistant can do

Scoring, rewriting and brand research use your workspace's monthly AI credits; reading brands, checking terminology and viewing history do not. A CommScore.AI admin can see usage and set the monthly limit on the Subscription page.

Read your brands

And their voice guides: tone, values, style, audiences, and the terms to use or avoid.

No credits

Check terminology

Check a draft against the brand's lists of preferred and avoided terms.

No credits

Score a communication

On five pillars, with the top things to fix and the quoted evidence for each. Supported assistants show the result as an interactive scorecard. Clarity · Certainty · Structure, Style & Grammar · Brand Alignment · Customer Experience

Uses AI credits

Rewrite

Rewrite a communication in the brand's voice, where your subscription includes rewriting.

Uses AI credits

Show your score history

See how a draft improved from one version to the next.

Set up a brand

Add a brand, draft its voice guide from its public website for you to review, and save what you approve. Only CommScore.AI admins and members can create or change brands.

Research uses AI credits

Your data, through the connector

Your assistant sends CommScore.AI only what a request needs: the text you ask it to check or rewrite, and brand details.

  • Not the text itself. CommScore.AI keeps a record of each request (which tool, when, how long it took and the resulting scores) and a SHA-256 hash of the text, but not the text.
  • History is yours alone. Your score history keeps the title you give a draft and its scores, not the text you scored. Only you can see it.
  • Brand research is minimal. It sends only the brand name, its public website address and its country to web search.
  • Kept in your region. Request records and score history are kept in your subscription's data region: Australia, the United Kingdom or the United States.

Your conversation itself is handled by your AI assistant's provider, under their terms. For the full picture, see AI assistant connectors in the Privacy Policy and Data Security.
